Callan Borelli is a chef specializing in live fire contemporary cuisine. His experience spans over a decade working at some of San Francisco’s top rated Michelin restaurants including Petit Crenn, Atelier Crenn, Cotogna and Restaurant Nisei.

As a seasoned professional, his goal is to expand his audience by offering private chef services — sharing his culinary knowledge through intimate dining experiences, large events, restaurant consulting, staff training, menu development and more.

Philosophy

As a California native, Callan has a deep rooted appreciation for the coast and locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Combining French and Italian techniques, he allows his ingredients to shine through a minimalist approach to cooking.
